Cold Wether

I fell Japan December. But I feil Berlin  December is more cold.Europe is very cold. But Japan is
a lot  damp, becouse Japanis not coll.
In Japan isn't snow. on the one hand Berlin's wintter is invariably snow. So I fell the most cold weather is Europe's winter is coled weather for me.
By the way the cold weather I often pot-au-feu. That is pot-au-feu.
